The programme sessions are designed to be highly interactive, with small group work and active dialogue amongst the participants, to supplement the learning from the plenary session expert input. Participants will have time for “leadership action groups” to convene and strategise around finance partnerships. The SFWG Leadership Programme goes beyond lectures. It has been thoughtfully set up to stimulate dialogue and interaction between participants.
The programme will be followed by an optional, virtual session focused on Scaling Blended Finance in Emerging Markets and Developing Economies (EMDEs), where CISL will share key learnings from our recent project, convening stakeholders from across the industry to understand challenges in mobilising private capital. The session will address misperceptions around perceived risks in EMDEs by sharing insights across innovations in financing structures, stakeholder roles, and opportunities for scaling.
